GENERAL MEASURES

• We have removed the buffet and we will serve breakfast in the dining room in shifts or in your room, as you prefer
• We are still committed to sustainability, which is why at breakfast we will offer you individual packaging with products from the area
• In the dining room, there will be a minimum distance of 2m between the tables, in order to keep the safety distance
• Methacrylate screen at reception and markers for safety distance
• Hydroalcoholic gels in common areas
• Disinfection of pens and POS system after each use
• Capacity reduction in our honesty bar
• Honesty bar served by us
• Different hotel entrance and exit… enter on one side and exit on the other
• Online check-in possible and welcome video

ROOMS

• Exclusive room cards
• Covid kit: masks, gloves and hydroalcoholic gel in each room
• Sealed toilet
• Thorough cleaning of TV controls, air conditioning and room furniture

GENERAL CLEANING

• Cleaning staff equipped with masks and gloves (PPE) that are changed for each room
• Bed linen washed at more than 60ºC with all sanitary measures
• Ozone can be harmful to health and the environment, so we will disinfect according to the protocols required by the health department and use disinfectant cleaning  products with guarantees
• The aisles, common areas and public toilets, will be cleaned six times a day
• Daily temperature control of all our staff
